2. Description of Service

SendMeBox is a group-buying platform that connects customers with wholesalers to achieve bulk pricing on everyday household products. Our Service includes:

• A marketplace for customers to place bids on products
• Aggregation of bids by zip code to meet wholesale minimum quantities
• Direct shipping from wholesalers to customers
• Payment processing through Stripe

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Types

We offer two types of accounts:

• Customer Accounts: For individuals purchasing products
• Wholesaler Accounts: For businesses selling products in bulk

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell products purchased through the Service without our consent

5. Bidding and Purchases

5.1 Bid Process

• Bids are offers to purchase products at specified quantities and prices
• Bids are aggregated by zip code to meet wholesale minimums
• Bids may expire if minimum quantities are not reached within specified timeframes

5.2 Payment

• Payment is only processed when minimum quantities are reached
• All payments are processed through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method when minimums are met
• Prices include wholesale cost plus any applicable fees

5.3 Cancellations

You may cancel bids before minimum quantities are reached. Once payment is processed, orders cannot be cancelled as wholesalers have committed to shipping.

6. Wholesaler Terms

If you are a wholesaler, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Maintain adequate inventory for listed products
• Ship products within stated timeframes
• Handle customer service issues related to product quality
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Undergo business verification as required

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Wholesalers ship directly to customers
• Shipping times and costs are determined by wholesalers
• We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SendMeBox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at sendmebox.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
